Polyclonal package 6 creates a selection of antibodies from an expressed and purified protein antigen from your sequence of the bacterial plasmid of choice. 

Your antigen is expressed and purified from your chosen sequence on your bacterial plasmid. Antigen immunization and sera collection is performed with an ELISA report made to identify your polyclonal antibody collection.

The end deliverables include your customized project report and results, 1mg of your purified expressed antigen, 1-2ml of sera extracted prior to antigen immunization, 2-5mg of purified antibodies, and the ELISA analysis of your resulting antibodies.
