For projects requiring antigen expression and purification from a cDNA sequence of your choice and a selection of antibodies designed to target the same antigen but with different epitopes. Polyclonal antibodies are contained within anti-sera as the final product. 

Polyclonal package 7 creates a selection of antibodies from an antigen created from a cDNA sequence of your choice which has been amplified, entered into a vector, and expressed.

After amplification of the gene encoding your antigen of choice and vector construction, antigen immunization and sera collection is performed. An ELISA report was made to identify your polyclonal antibody collection.

The end deliverables include your customized project report and results, your recombinant vector containing the genetic sequence of your antigen, 1mg of your purified expressed antigen, 1-2ml of sera extracted prior to antigen immunization, 40-60ml of anti-sera containing your selection of polyclonal antibodies, and the ELISA analysis of your resulting antibodies.
