The pretraining chamber allows the researcher to gently introduce the rodent into a liquid/water/milk apparatus and learn to minimize anxiety and fear related responses, maximizing learning responses during trials. MazeEngineers offers multiple configurations for the pretraining chamber, most economically the 4 sided chamber fitting the 4 or 5 foot morris water maze.
