Variability of Lipids in Human Milk

<p>This was a study done to assess the inter and intra-individual (morning versus evening) variation of the human breast milk lipidome. Phospholipids and Sphingolipids were run on LC-MS using a targeted approach and saved under DiurnalStudy_QQQdata, while the neutral lipids are were run using Direct-Infusion Mass Spectrometry and are saved under Diurnalstudy_QEdata.</p>
