BP-tracer: Supplementary Data 2 Version 2.0

<p>Supplementary Data 2 contains <i>1)&nbsp;</i>the raw results obtained from&nbsp;the Benchmark&nbsp;Part of the paper, encompassing BP-Tracer, Reads, Contigs, MAGs and Correlation&nbsp;methods. <i>2)</i> the raw results of BP-Tracer obtained from Real metagenomic datasets, including&nbsp;metagenomic datasets&nbsp;from clinical settings&nbsp;associated&nbsp;with pathogenic infection&nbsp;(urinary tract infections, UTIs), hospitalization&nbsp;(preterm infant using antibiotic),&nbsp;antibiotic&nbsp;exposure (healthy adults following antibiotic exposure) and the datasets&nbsp;from 7 different environments&nbsp;(Extended Data).</p>
