TINKER_WP5_TIGER-Ink production process_131223

The diagram illustrates the development of two systems: insulating inkjet ink and heat conductive ink. Both types of inks are based on different acrylate based monomers and oligomers. As both inks are UV-LED curable they contain mainly phosphine-oxide based photo-initiators. The heat conductive inks also contain Boron nitrate in the form of heat conducting nanoparticles. The grinding part is only valid for the BN-based heat conductive inks.
