Reformasi Birokrasi Badan Narkotika Nasional dalam Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Narkotika
<pre><span>The circulation of narcotics in Indonesia is increasing, so the performance of professional law enforcement officers is needed. The National Narcotics Agency is an investigator for narcotics crimes. The problem in this article is first, what is the process of investigating narcotics crimes to determine the qualifications of dealers or users carried out by National Narcotics Agency investigators? Second, how is the bureaucratic reform of the National Narcotics Agency as a law enforcement apparatus in narcotics crime cases? The approach used in this article is a socio-legal approach and is located at the Central Java Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP). Based on research and discussion, it is stated that the investigation carried out by BNN is based on the qualifications of the perpetrators which are divided into 3 (three), namely users, distributors and producers. In order to improve its performance, there needs to be reform in the form of bureaucratic reform in the order of legal substance, legal structure and legal culture. This will have an impact on the fast and professional law enforcement process for narcotics crimes</span></pre>
