Scalable clustering with supervised linkage methods

<p>This data contains protein expression values from over 25 million cells from both Lupus patients and Healthy donors (HD). The indices correspond to single cells, and the columns include the proteins, the clinical status&nbsp;of each cell (0 if from HD, 1 if from a lupus patient), and the cell population (membership assigned by the HAL-x clustering algorithm).&nbsp;</p>
