<p>This repository contains all of the raw datafiles used in the creation of the paper &#39;The Importance of Being Constrained&#39;</p> <p>File explanation:&nbsp;Because of the large amounts of data, it has been turned into several rar-archives:</p> <p>- Performance_data: this contains all of the performance results on BBOB functions of the SHADE and L-SHADE algorithms&nbsp;in IOHprofiler format. For L-shade, different versions are included where more parameters are tracked, and used to generate the figures in the paper.</p> <p>- Modular_DE_code: The python code used for SHADE and L-SHADE.&nbsp;</p> <p>-DE_TIOBR: The notebooks used for generating data, processing it and creating the visualizations, More detail is included in the readme.</p> <p>-TIOBR_MathematicaNotebooks: Mathematica notebooks which were used to create figures 4, 12, 13 and 14 from the paper</p> <p>- Other rars: The files from SOS of running different DE versions on f0</p>
