mtSSU alignment Lecanora markjohnstonii

<p>In order to place the new species <em>Lecanora markjohnstonii </em>within the Lecanoraceae,&nbsp;the <em>mtSSU</em> region was retrieved from our assembled mitogenome and manually added to a six-locus alignment published&nbsp;by Zhao et al. (2015) to infer the phylogeny of Lecanoraceae. The closely-related lichen&nbsp;<em>Lecanora orientoafricana&nbsp;</em>was also added as a possible sister taxon. Only the mtSSU alignment is included in this submission, refer to Zhao et al. (2015) for complete six-locus dataset.</p>
