Over 6 billion liters of Canadian milk wasted since 2012

<p>This file provides data used to approximate the annual Canadian milk yield based on herd statistics and estimated on-farm use. Using a mass balance approach, subtracting farm gate sales data, the balance is assumed to be wasted before leaving the farm gate.
