Parhyale hawaiensis regenerating leg (subsampled dataset)

<p>This is a demo dataset for the ELEPHANT tracking software stored in tif format. The dataset is a short subset of a live imaging of a regenerating leg of the crustacean&nbsp;<em>Parhyale hawaiensis</em> acquired on Zeiss LSM 800 confocal microscope.
