Dammit Annotater Databases Archive

<p>A database archive for the <a href="https://github.com/dib-lab/dammit">dammit annotation tool</a>, since some of the original database sources are not available anymore.</p> <p>Note: this dammit database uses BUSCOS fungi database.&nbsp;</p> <p>The archive was created using the commands in the following&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/hoelzer-lab/nf_fungi_assembly/blob/master/modules/dammitGetDB.nf">code</a>.</p>
