DeepD3 Model Zoo

<p>DeepD3, an open Deep&nbsp;Learning Framework for the Detection of Dendritic Spines and Dendrites.</p> <p>In this repository, you will find a model zoo that is trained on the DeepD3 training data that you can access through the <a href="https://deepd3.forschung.fau.de/">DeepD3 project website</a>. The models differ in their capacity (8, 16 or 32 base filters) and whether they were trained on the original data resolution or on a specific resolution. Models indicated with &quot;_94nm&quot; were trained on data resized to 94 nm/px&nbsp;<strong>xy </strong>resolution.</p>
