Pylake tutorial dataset: ImageStack

<p>A set of files of protein binding acquired on a LUMICKS C-Trap. The system consists of&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>lambda DNA tethered between two polystyrene beads</li> <li>protein labeled with an Atto565 fluorophore (green channel)</li> </ul> <p>TIF files&nbsp; are image stacks acquired from an sCMOS camera and the .h5 file is time-correlated force data. All data was acquired with LUMICKS Bluelake software.</p>
