ICON NAWDEX grids and extpar files

<p>Horizontal grids and extpar data for ICON simulations in a limited area setup of the extended North Atlantic domain (&quot;NAWDEX setup&quot;).</p> <p>The grids cover horizontal resolutions of 80, 40, 20, 10, 5 and 2.5 km.
