Germanic house (Elsarn)

This building is situated in the open-air museum of Elsarn (Lower Austria) and was built in 1997. The open-air museum at Elsarn tries to give insights into a germanic farmstad of the 2 nd / 3rd cent A.D. in the area north of the river Danube. The building shows the main house of a rural farmstad where man and its livestock were living in the same accomudation.
