FIGURE 1 Phylogeny reconstruction based on the MrBayes tree topology of the concatenated molecular dataset (COI, 16S). RAxML bootstrap support and Bayesian posterior probabilities expressed as percentages are indicated respectively. Dashes (--) indicate values <50; asterisk (*) indicates different topology of RAxML or MrBayes tree. Barcodes are indicated by a collection accession number (RMNH.CRUS.D.) or a GenBank accession number. Species are listed in the appendices (supplementary table S1). Colours indicate various host associations. Zenopontonia rex (Kemp, 1922) is represented as a symbiont with two kinds of host associations: holothurians and nudibranchs.
