Datasets related to the study "Spatial variability and future evolution of surface solar radiation over Northern France and Benelux: a regional climate model approach"

<p>This dataset contains the data of the manuscript "Spatial variability and future evolution of surface solar radiation over Northern France and Benelux: a regional climate model approach" under publication in Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics.&nbsp;<br>It includes CNRM-ALADIN64 simulations of surface solar radiation, cloud fraction, aerosol optical depth and water vapor content.&nbsp;<br>A directory is dedicated to HINDCAST simulations. It includes all datasets involved in the evaluation of CNRM-ALADIN64 simulations, as well as all datasets used for the analysis of the spatial variability of surface solar irradiance over the recent past.&nbsp;<br>Another directory is dedicated to future climate simulations. In this case, several sub directories can be found, representing either the simulations over the historical period (2005-2014, i.e. HIST directory), or simulations at mid (2045-2054, "mid" suffix) and long term (2091-2100, "end" suffix) horizons for SSP1-1.9 and SSP3-7.0. Each set of climate simulations is composed of three members (r1f, r2f, r3f), which were used collectively to increase the statistical significance of our analysis.&nbsp;</p>

Bees of the IMBE collection in Marseille: new data for southeastern France (Hymenoptera)

<p>Version 2 (18 Dec. 2024)</p> <p>Some Nomada had their identification corrected by Eric Dufr&ecirc;ne.</p> <p>Nomenclatural changes requalified as <em>Bombus mastrucatus</em> specimens previously identified as <em>Bombus wurflenii</em>, and corrected the spelling of <em>Hoplitis mocsaryi</em>.</p> <p>The dataset now includes 2181 specimens belonging to 246 species.</p> <p>Version 1 (14 Nov. 2024)</p> <p>We provide distribution data on 2180 specimens belonging to 244 species of bees, mainly from Mediterranean France. For each specimen, the following columns are given, with names from the Darwin-core system of the Blobal Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF).</p> <p>Coding is UTF-8.</p> <p>Beware : some locality names and comments contain an quotation mark ('), which should be taken into account when reading the data with <em>R </em>or other statistical systems.</p> <p>All specimens are stored at the Institut M&eacute;diterran&eacute;en de Biodiversit&eacute; et d&rsquo;Ecologie marine et continentale (IMBE, Marseille, France).</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

BRÉF - Base Révisée des Élu·es de France

<p>The BR&Eacute;F (<em>Base R&eacute;vis&eacute;e des &Eacute;lu&middot;es de France</em> / Revised database of representatives elected in France) is a database aiming at describing the mandates of all public representatives elected in France during the Fifth Republic (1958--present). It is based on the combination of data coming from of 4 sources:</p> <ul> <li>Primary source: <strong>RNE </strong>(<em>Registre National des Elus</em> / National register of elected representatives), a database maintained by the French Ministry of Interior when monitoring elections.</li> <li>Secondary sources: <ul> <li><strong>National Assembly: </strong>open database provided by the French National Assembly regarding the mandates of Members of the Parliament.</li> <li><strong>Senate: </strong>open database provided by the French Senate, regarding senatorial mandates.</li> <li><strong>European Parliament: </strong>official website of the European Parliament, which lists the mandates of Members of the European Parliament.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>The original data contain many errors and issues, which are documented in our technical report (in French), as well as the operations that we conducted to correct or alleviate them, as described in technical report [1]. Results from the monitoring of veterinary medicinal product residues and other substances in live animals and animal products - France

<p>This dataset contains the monitoring results of veterinary medicinal product residues and other substances measured in live animals and animal products analysed by the national competent authority of France. The presence of unauthorised substances, residues of veterinary medicinal products in food may pose a risk factor for public health.</p> <p>For this reason and in order to ensure a high level of consumer protection, a comprehensive legislative framework has been established in the European Union (EU) which defines maximum limits permitted in food and monitoring programmes for the control of the presence of these substances in the food chain. Regulation (EU) No 37/2010 establishes maximum limits for residues of veterinary medicinal products in food-producing animals and animal products. Maximum residue levels for pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin are laid down in Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1646 lays down practical arrangements for and specific content of official controls of the use of veterinary medicinal products in live animals and products of animal origin through three different official national control plans: a national risk-based control plan for production in the Member States, a national randomised surveillance plan for production in the Member States and a national risk-based control plan for third-country imports. Additionally, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1644 lays down the range of samples and stage of production, processing and distribution at which the samples are to be taken.</p> <p>Since 2018 until 2022, the data on the national residue monitoring plan were reported to EFSA in accordance with Council Directive 96/23/EC.</p> <p>The dataset contains the results of laboratory tests from samples taken from bovines, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, poultry, rabbits, farmed game, wild game aquaculture, milk, eggs and honey, and from 2023 also samples from casings, insects and reptiles.</p> <p>Targeted samples are taken with the aim of detecting illegal treatment or controlling compliance with the maximum levels laid down in the relevant legislation. This means that, in their national plans Member States target the groups of animals (species, gender, age) where the probability of finding residues is the highest. Conversely, the objective of random sampling is to collect significant data to evaluate, for example, consumer exposure to a specific substance.</p> <p>Suspect samples are taken as a consequence of i) non-compliant results on samples taken in accordance with the control plans, ii) possession or presence of prohibited substances at any point during manufacture, storage, distribution or sale through the food and feed production chain, or iii) suspicion or evidence of illegal treatment or non-compliance with the withdrawal period for an authorised medicinal veterinary product.</p> <p>Residues of pharmacologically active substances mean active substances, excipients or degradation products and their metabolites, which remain in food.</p> <p>Unauthorised substances mean substances that are not authorised as veterinary medicinal products or as a feed additive under European Union legislation.</p> <p>Prohibited substances mean substances which are prohibited for use in food producing animals according to the European Union legislation.</p> <p>Non-compliant sample is a sample that has been analysed for the presence of one or more substances and failed to comply with the legal provisions for at least one substance.
