Market Gaps and Opportunities Dataset

This data has been collected in two phases, with a view to supporting the analysis of successful OI support service providers and platforms, which are interconnected with INVITE project. The first phase involved a desk review of secondary data sources that are available in the public domain. The second phase was implemented through a series of semi-structured in-depth interviews with respondents who work for either the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), NineSigma or Steinbeis. The data collected consists of a combination of information extracted from the secondary data sources and information provided by the respondents during the in-depth interviews. In both cases, the data collected are mainly of a qualitative nature and recorded in the form of interview transcripts, containing information regarding how the OI platforms/service providers under study currently operate in terms of their value propositions, target audiences, service offerings (both online and offline) and commercial models.

Reinforcement learning theory reveals the cognitive requirements for solving the cleaner fish market task

Learning is an adaptation that allows individuals to respond to environmental stimuli in ways that improve their reproductive outcomes. The degree of sophistication in learning mechanisms potentially explains variation in behavioural responses. Here, we present a model of learning that is inspired by documented intra- and interspecific variation in the performance in a simultaneous two-choice task, the 'biological market task'. The task presents a problem that cleaner fish often face in nature: the decision of choosing between two client types; one that is willing to wait for inspection and one that may leave if ignored. The cleaners' choice hence influences the future availability of clients, i.e. it influences food availability. We show that learning the preference that maximizes food intake requires subjects to represent in their memory different combinations of pairs of client types rather than just individual client types. In addition, subjects need to account for future consequences of actions, either by estimating expected long-term reward or by experiencing a client leaving as a penalty (negative reward). Finally, learning is influenced by the absolute and relative abundance of client types. Thus, cognitive mechanisms and ecological conditions jointly explain intra and interspecific variation in the ability to learn the adaptive response.

Types of Content Marketing In 2021

You just don’t have to keep on creating content. Instead, you should create content that the audience finds interesting and through which you can obtain potential clients. And it will only be possible when your content is of good quality and eye-catching. But what kind of content should you choose to promote your business? It is also an important question and you should also know the answer to that question. That is why in this article, we will tell you about the types of content marketing that are considered best in marketing your products and services. Let’s start with the definition of content marketing.

Content Marketing

The process of creating, publishing, and sharing content in order to promote your business services and products is called content marketing. However, the content can be of your choice. Videos, articles and audio can be added to your content marketing campaign.

Blog Content Marketing

Content marketing is still one of the best forms of Digital Marketing Agency Dubai content. Even with the advancement in technology, most people still read blogs to find information about different products and services. That is why you should also choose to blog to promote your services. Another reason for choosing blogs for your content marketing is they are cost-effective as compared to the other forms of content marketing. All you just need to do is to write informative and simple content about your business so that people can understand it easily and get information from it.

Podcast Content Marketing

Another form of content marketing is podcast content marketing. Many people do not like to read stuff they prefer to either watch or listen to it so that they can understand it. That is why podcast content marketing is still in demand. With podcast content marketing and Google Ads management, you can convey your message in your voice and people can listen to it and can understand it without wasting their time on reading. You can also choose podcast content marketing to promote your products as it is cheap and effective.

Video Content Marketing

Video content marketing is the most advanced form of content marketing. Video marketing allows you to create videos and convey your message in a more visual and understanding form. Another reason for using videos in content marketing is that people find videos interesting and prefer to watch videos than just to read stuff. Also, video content marketing is proven to be more successful than other forms of content marketing because it attracts more users.

Social Media Content marketing

Social media content marketing is the most widely used form of content marketing. You can create and share content on your Social Media Management accounts allowing the customers to read about your business and your everyday sales. You can use Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc because these are the most popular social media sites and these sites can help you get potential clients in an instant.

Fragmentation in trader preferences among multiple markets: Market coexistence versus single market dominance

Technological advancement has lead to an increase in number and type of trading venues and diversification of goods traded. These changes have re-emphasized the importance of understanding the effects of market competition: does proliferation of trading venues and increased competition lead to dominance of a single market or coexistence of multiple markets? In this paper, we address these questions in a stylized model of Zero Intelligence traders who make repeated decisions at which of three available markets to trade. We analyse the model numerically and analytically and find that parameters that govern traders' decisions--memory length and intensity of choice, e.g. how strongly decisions are based on past success--make the key distinctions between consolidated and fragmented steady states of the population of traders. All three markets coexist with equal shares of traders only when either learning is too weak and traders choose randomly, or when markets are identical. In the latter case, the population of traders is fragmented across the markets. For the more general case of markets with different biases, we note that market dominance is the more typical scenario. These results are interesting because previously either strong differentiation of markets or heterogeneity in the needs of traders was found to be a necessary condition for market coexistence. We show that, in contrast, these states can emerge simply as a consequence of co-adaptation of an initially homogeneous population of traders.

Banking on the Confucian Clan: Why China Developed Financial Markets So Late

Over the past millennium, China has relied on the Confucian clan to achieve interpersonal
cooperation, focusing on kinship and neglecting the development of impersonal institutions
needed for external finance. In this paper, we test the hypothesis that the Confucian clan and
financial markets are competing substitutes. Using the large cross-regional variation in the
adoption of modern banks, we find that regions with historically stronger Confucian clans
established significantly fewer modern banks in the four decades following the founding of
China’s first modern bank in 1897. Our evidence also shows that the clan continues to limit
China’s financial development today.
