Cross-institution Male Pelvic Structures
<p>The data set includes 589 T2-weighted images acquired from the same number of patients collected by seven studies, INDEX, the SmartTarget Biopsy Trial, PICTURE, TCIA Prostate3T, Promise12, TCIA ProstateDx (Diagnosis) and the Prostate MR Image Database. Further details are reported in the respective study references. </p> <p>These images were divided into seven subsets based on the acquiring institution. The cross-institution imaging protocols contain multiple scanners (two manufacturers with mixed 1.5 and 3T field strengths), varying field-of-view and anisotropic voxels, in-plane voxel dimensions ranging between 0.3 and 1.0 mm and out-of-plane spacing between 1.8 and 5.4 mm.</p> <p>For each image, eight anatomical structures of planning interest were labelled, including bladder, bone, obturator internus, transition zone, central gland, rectum, seminal vesicle and neurovascular bundle, respectively represented by class 1 to 8. All segmentations were manually annotated by eight biomedical imaging researchers, with experience ranging from 2 to 10 years in the annotation of medical image data, each annotating a mixed-institution subset using an institution-stratified sampling. Each annotation has been reviewed at least once.</p> <p>All images and labels could be found in <code>data.zip</code> while the indexing from image to trial and to institution are respectively provided in <code>trial.txt</code> and <code>institution.txt</code>.</p> <p>if you find this labelled data set useful for your research please consider to acknowledge the work: Li, Y., et al. The research project conducted open data pilot case studies with seven IDRC grantees to develop and implement open data management and sharing plans. The results of the case studies served to refine guidelines for the implementation of development research funders’ open research data policies.</p> <p>Contents<br> ========</p> <p>The Data Package contains all the public data generated by the project. The package was curated and metadata generated, including an HTML Catalog using the Calcyte Tool (https://codeine.research.uts.edu.au/eresearch/calcyte) developed at University of Technology Sydney.</p> <p>The project had two major phases:</p> <p>1. <p>This dataset contains the summary results of two surveys, which gathered data about the reporting practices for institutional repositories (IR). The surveys were completed by library directors and IR managers, and questions were asked about strategic importance, content scope, and the methods and mechanisms libraries utilize to evaluate and report on IR use and impact. </p>

<p>In the early morning of October 7, 2024, terrorists launched an attack with rockets and death squads on Israel. For several days, an enormous number of rockets was launched by Hamas terrorists in the Gaza strip on Israel.</p> <p>This is a real live video recording of escaping from an apartment in Rehovot, Israel, to the nearby Luftschutzbunker (Shelter).</p> <div> <div>This was one of the massive (Qassam) rocket attacks by Hamas terrorists launched from Gaza strip towards north of Israel, here at Rehovot near Weizmann Institute of Science. The rockets were intercepted by the iron dome system. Several families with children were already inside the Shelter.</div> </div> <div>The scene was recorded in the evening of 7th October 2023. Several attacks happened before that first day of the 2023 Israel-Hamas war. The earliest was 06:30 am in the morning on the Shabat.</div> <div>The rocket attacks stopped at night after the Israeli Air Force had begun raids on the Gaza strip.</div>
