Figure 2. Phylogenetic relationship of partial sequences of Otobius megnini 16S rRNA gene isolates obtained in this study with sequences of other tick species from GenBank. Analyzes were performed using Tamura 3-Parameter + Gamma distribution (T92+G+I) and Maximum Likelihood method. Ixodes scapularis (L43898.1) was used as the outgroup. Sequences were sorted by Genbank accession number, host, and origin. Otobius megnini identified in this study is shown in red square color.
