Set of obfuscated spam dataset by using LeetSpeak transformations
<p>The usage of LeetSpeak and other text hiding tricks is often used by spammers in the distribution of unsolicited contents. To evaluate deobfuscation techniques and their impact on spam content classification, we preprocessed several popular public datasets to partially obfuscate the text. Energy Market Transformation Survey
<p>This report presents a survey performed with stakeholders and end-users under the scope of PARITY project. The survey explores the overall patterns that will form the energy market transformation and the consumer's perspective. The survey aims to evaluate participants’ opinions on the concepts of LEM and LFM, to identify factors and barriers to the progress of local renewable energy development based on the participants’ knowledge and what would motivate people to participate in such markets. Additionally, the goal of this survey is to analyse the current market needs, as well as investigate what is driving the energy markets transformation and where it is leading.</p>

Transcriptional networks underlying a primary ovarian insufficiency disorder in alligators naturally exposed to EDCs: Transformed read counts and supplementary materials
<p>Interactions between the endocrine system and environmental contaminants are responsible for impairing reproductive development and function. Despite the taxonomic diversity of affected species and attendant complexity inherent to natural systems, the underlying signaling pathways and cellular consequences are mostly studied in lab models. To resolve the genetic and endocrine pathways that mediate affected ovarian function in organisms exposed to endocrine disrupting contaminants in their natural environments, we assessed broad-scale transcriptional and steroidogenic responses to exogenous gonadotropin stimulation in juvenile alligators (<em>Alligator missippiensis</em>) originating from a lake with well-documented pollution (Lake Apopka, FL) and a nearby reference site (Lake Woodruff, FL). We found that individuals from Lake Apopka are charachterized by hyperandrogenism and display hyper-sensitive transcriptional responses to gonadotropin stimulation when compared to individuals from Lake Woodruff. Site-specific transcriptomic divergence appears to be driven by wholly distinct subsets of transcriptional regulators, indicating alterations to fundamental genetic pathways governing ovarian function. Consistent with broad-scale transcriptional differences, ovaries of Lake Apopka alligators displayed impediments to folliculogenesis, with larger germinal beds and decreased numbers of late-stage follicles. After resolving the ovarian transcriptome into clusters of co-expressed genes, most site-associated modules were correlated to ovarian follicule phenotypes across individuals. However, expression of two site-specific clusters were independent of ovarian cellular architecture and are hypothesized to represent alterations to cell-autonomous transcriptional programs. Collectively, our findings provide high resolution mapping of transcriptional patterns to specific reproductive function and advance our mechanistic understanding regarding impaired reproductive health in an established model of environmental endocrine disruption.</p>

<p>This is the appendix for paper "Don’t DIY: Automatically transform legacy Python code to support structural pattern matching" presented in SCAM 2022.</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><em>As data becomes more and more complex as technology evolves, the need to support more complex data types in programming languages has grown. However, without proper storage and manipulation capabilities, handling such data can result in hard-to-read, difficult-to-maintain code. Therefore, programming languages continuously evolve to provide more and more ways to handle complex data. Python 3.10 introduced structural pattern matching, which serves this exact purpose: we can split complex data into relevant parts by examining its structure, and store them for later processing. Previously, we could only use the traditional conditional branching, which could have led to long chains of nested conditionals. Maintaining such code fragments can be cumbersome. In this paper, we present a complete framework to solve the aforementioned problem. Our software is capable of examining Python source code and transforming relevant conditionals into structural pattern matching. Moreover, it is able to handle nested conditionals and it is also easily extensible, thus the set of possible transformations can be easily increased.</em></p>
2D honeycomb transformation into dodecagonal quasicrystals driven by electrostatic forces
<p>This repository contains the SXRD data measured for the 48-18-6 approximant in Sr-Ti-O on Pt(111). The data has been acquired at the SixS beamline of the Synchrotron SOLEIL in France on 19.09.2019.</p> <p>Monochromatic x-rays with photon energy of 11 keV were used to avoid Pt fluorescence (at 11.1 and 13 keV) and consequently reduced the background signal. The diffraction experiment was performed under grazing incidence at an angle of 0.2 °. The orientation matrix was defined relative to the Pt substrate lattice with its lattice constants of a = 392 pm.</p> <p>Additionally, the 3D voxel map generated from the raw data for further use in the binoculars software is provided as well as the input and output of SHELXL, which has been used for structure relaxation.</p>
Transformed Eulerian mean data from the MERRA-2 reanalysis (daily means)
<p>This dataset provides <strong>daily</strong> and zonal mean variables derived from the MERRA-2 reanalysis, including terms of the transformed Eulerian mean (TEM) momentum budget.</p> <p>All variables (zonal, meridional and vertical wind speed, temperature, zonal wind tendencies from Eliassen-Palm (EP) flux divergence and advection, EP fluxes and the residual streamfunction) are obtained from 6-hourly and native vertical and spatial resolution data of the 'Assimilated' (ASM, M2I3NVASM) collection. Zonal mean wind tendency from gravity wave drag is also provided, obtained from the M2T3NPUDT collection.</p> <p>Data are provided as one .zip file per decade (only partial for the 2020s). <strong>Monthly</strong> means of the same quantities are provided in a companion dataset.</p> <p>The data and related documentation are provided 'as is' and without any warranty of any kind. Users are invited to report any issue or inconsistency they may find. Please cite the reference publication when using this dataset.</p> <p> </p> <p>Known issues:</p> <p>- All TEM terms divided by<em> </em><span>\(cos(\phi)\)</span> diverge at the north and south poles (where <span>\(\phi = \pm \pi/2\)</span>), so they should not be considered. If variables at the poles are needed, values at neighbouring latitudes should be taken.</p>
