The National Archives Accessions to Repositories Data c.2007 - 2020
<p>The Annual Accessions to Repositories survey is a UK-wide exercise conducted by the National Archives that assesses what is being collected by UK repositories. The primary purpose of this exercise is to place some of this information onto TNA’s search engine Discovery. More recently, the data has been used to communicate accessions trends to the wider archives sector including information on what is being collected and where. Each year, TNA sends out survey templates in the form of Excel spreadsheets that are sent out to repositories in each part of the UK. The returns sent to TNA include information on the size of the record, the dates it covers, the creator of the record and a description of the record. Work has been undertaken since October 2021 to to merge and standardise the accessions data held by TNA. This data repository presents the merged dataset.</p>

<p>This archive contains all the images and raw data generated for: Katrina M Longhini & Michael Glotzer, “Aurora A and cortical flows promote polarization and cytokinesis by inducing asymmetric ECT-2 accumulation”</p> <p>The data is organized by figure then experiment. Each embryo folder contains formatted embryos, which are rotated, cropped, and photobleach corrected. Each recording starts at time 0 on the respective graph.</p> <p>The “AccumulationDataNew” files contain all the data generated from the “3pixel_membranefinder_w_dir.ijm” and “membrane_ROI_TimeSeries_max_scaled_dirs.ijm” scripts organized in a Tidy format generated in R using the first portion of the script “Edited_Membrane_Accumulation_Line_Script.Rmd”. These Fiji and R Markdown scripts are located in the “Analysis Scripts“ folder.</p> <p>All data visualization scripts are included in the “Analysis Scripts” folder.</p> <p>Sequences of plasmids generated for this paper are located in the “Plasmid Sequences” folder.</p>
Dataset from: Leveraging open tools to realize the potential of self-archiving: A cohort study in clinical trials
<p>This record includes the data associated with the study "Leveraging open tools to increase the potential of self-archiving to increase discoverability: A cohort study in clinical trials". The code used to generate these data is available under an open license in GitHub (<a href="https://github.com/delwen/oa-archiving-permissions">https://github.com/delwen/oa-archiving-permissions</a>). The deposit includes:</p> <p>- `intovalue.csv`: download of the IntoValue dataset (IntoValue 1 and IntoValue 2), which is actively maintained in GitHub (<a href="https://github.com/maia-sh/intovalue-data">https://github.com/maia-sh/intovalue-data</a>). The data was downloaded on 17 December 2022. More information on the generation of this dataset can be found at: <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5141343">https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5141343</a>. This data corresponds to the start of the trial screening flow diagram in the manuscript (n = 3,788).</p> <p>- `oa-unpaywall.csv`: dataset containing the results of the Unpaywall API query (query date: 17 December 2022). The dataset queried includes the following adaptations from `intovalue.csv`:</p> <ul> <li>As updated registry data had been downloaded on 1 November 2022, the IntoValue inclusion criteria were re-applied: <ul> <li>Interventional</li> <li>Study completion date between 2009 and 2017</li> <li>Complete based on study status</li> <li>Conducted by a German university medical center.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The dataset was further limited to: <ul> <li>Unique trials (trials from IntoValue 2 were preserved)</li> <li>Unique publications with a DOI</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>- `oa-syp-permissions.csv`: dataset containing the results of the Shareyourpaper API query (query date: 17 December 2022). The dataset queried is the same as in `oa-unpaywall.csv`.</p> <p>- `oa-merged-data.csv`: dataset containing the merged Unpaywall and Shareyourpaper data for all clinical trial results publications considered in this study. The dataset was further limited to journal articles that resolved in Unpaywall and were published between 2010 - 2020 (based on the publication date in Unpaywall). This is the main dataset underlying the analyses in the manuscript.</p>

<p>This dataset contains details of 731,079 files digitised by the National Archives of Australia in 2021 and 2022.</p> <p>The National Archives of Australia's online database, RecordSearch, includes a list of recently digitised files, but the list only includes files digitised in the last month. This dataset was created by combining regular harvests of this list to create a continuous record of files digitised from 2021 and 2022. It was created and shared to help document long-term changes in access to files held by the NAA.</p> <p>The <a href="https://github.com/GLAM-Workbench/recordsearch/blob/master/data/recently-digitised-20210327">first harvest</a> was run on 27 March 2021 and captured details back to 25 February. Since then I have automatically run weekly harvests and saved them in <a href="https://github.com/wragge/naa-recently-digitised">this repository</a>. At the end of 2022, changes to RecordSearch broke the harvesting script, so I ran an extra harvest of the previous month on 20 January 2023 to make sure nothing was missed. I combined all the harvests into a single dataset, filtered it to include only 2022, and removed any duplicates. I also added series titles. The harvesting method is documented in <a href="https://glam-workbench.net/recordsearch/#harvest-recently-digitised-files-from-recordsearch">this notebook</a>.</p> <p>The dataset is saved in CSV format and includes the following columns:</p> <ul> <li><code>title – </code>the title of this file</li> <li><code>item_id – </code>the identifier of this file</li> <li><code>series – </code>the identifier of the series that contains this item</li> <li><code>control_symbol – </code>the control symbol of this file</li> <li><code>date_range – </code>the date range of the item's contents</li> <li><code>date_digitised – </code>the date the file was digitised</li> <li><code>series_title – </code>title of the series that contains this item</li> </ul> <p>You can construct a url to a digitised file using the <code>item_id</code>. 20th Century Atmospheric River Archive for Western North America and Europe
<p><strong>General Description</strong></p> <p>This datasets provides 6-hourly instantaneous atmospheric river absence-presence time series for 13 sub-regions along the coastlines of Western North America and Europe, as well the corresponding Integrated Water Vapor (IVT) values and exceeded climatological quantiles. These data were retrieved from 3 distinct reanalyses:</p> <p>1. ERA-20C, 1900-2010, 1.125 degrees resolution, here termed "era20c"</p> <p>2. NOAA-CIRES 20th Century Reanalysis version 2, 1900-2012, 2 degrees resolution, here termed "c20", ARs were retrieved from instantaneous ensemble-mean data.</p> <p>3. ECMWF ERA-Interim, 1979-2014, 0.75 degrees resolution, here termed "interim"</p> <p>The file structure is as in this example:</p> <p>ar_Brands_v0_interim_scalifornia_JFMAOND_1979_2014.nc</p> <p>translates to:</p> <p>ar_<algorithm name>_<version>_<underlying dataset>_<target region as illustrated in fig_studyregions.pdf>_<considered months>_<start year>_<end_year>.nc</p> <p>The 13 study regions are indicated in <fig_studyregions.pdf> attached below and described in Brands et al. (2017). The lat-lon coordinates of each region are provided in the netCDF files.</p> <p>For western North America and Europe the October-through-April and October-through-March season is covered, respectively. The compressed netCDF4 files offered here come with detailed metadata information. For generating the present dataset, the initial version of the AR detection and tracking algorithm developed in my PhD thesis was used (here referred to as version 0, see Brands et al. 2017 for a full description). Although newer algorithm versions have become available in the framework of the Atmospheric River Method Intercomparison Project (ARTMIP, see Rutz et al. 2019), the initial version 0 was specifically developed for detecting landfalling ARs along the coastlines of Western North America and Europe. The correct functioning was supervised by eye for hundreds, if not thousands of cases.</p> <p>The 9 distinct AR detection and tracking methods contained in each netCDF file (coined "method 0,1...8" in there) use distinct climatological percentile thresholds to 1) detect ARs along the coastline (the detection percentile, termed "prct_detect") and then "crawl" upwards the flow guided by the strongest IVT above the tracking percentile ("prct_track") and by the respective U and V components until a minimum length of 2000 km is reached. The results obtained from the 9 methods thus differ in AR intensity.</p> <p>The netCDF files of the present dataset have been recompiled from the non-standard .mat files generated in my PhD thesis during the years 2013-2017. For the target regions in Europe, the content of the present dataset partly overlaps with the non-standard dataset previously published at http://dx.doi.org/10.13140/RG.2.2.14711.32160. Russian Arctic Vegetation Archive – a new database of plant community composition and environmental conditions
<p><span>The goal of the Russian Arctic Vegetation Archive is to unite and harmonize data of plot-based plant species and their abundance, vegetation structure and environmental variables from the Russian Arctic (including historical Soviet data). This database can be used to assess the status of the Russian Arctic vegetation and as a baseline to assess biodiversity changes in the future. The archive can be used for scientific studies as well as to inform nature protection and restoration efforts.</span></p>

Microtremors Data Archive of the 2015 and 2018 NSET – OGS Surveys in Nepal
<p>This report describes the datasets of microtremor surveys on the two 2015 and 2018 missions of the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics – OGS conducted with National Society for Earthquake Technology – NSET in Nepal at the Kathmandu Basin (2015, 2018) and at two locations: Bharatpur and Damauli (2018). The two institutions involved partly supported the surveys. This work was also partially supported by the FVG Region (Friuli Venezia Giulia - Italy), Regional Law 19/2000, International Development Cooperation and Partnership Activities 2014 – 2017, Decree no. 1134/SG 11.27.2017, pre-number 1010, project IN-EPAL (Iniziativa di Empowerment e Protezione Ambientale Locale). The archive consists of point measurements of seismic noise for Horizontal Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) analysis and array measurements for seismic wave analysis.</p>
Direct Numeric Simulation dataset archives
<p>Cloud droplets are analyzed using DNS data. Let's first discuss the many types of cloud representation and the cloud's structure before getting into the data. Later, the World Meteorological Organization adopted this classification, and eleven cloud genera are now recognized according to height and appearance. The middle clouds in the center, low clouds in the bottom panel, and high clouds in the top panel. We used simulated data of cumulus-type low clouds. Fair weather clouds that resemble white cotton balls are present. Clouds have a number of effects on the atmosphere, including the hydrological cycle and the radiation imbalance.</p>
InTheMED WP2 Data Archive - Groundwater Level Annual Time Series
<p>The data archive InTheMED_WP2_DS_GWLevelAnnualTimeSeries is part of Task 2.2 “Review and collect the available groundwater quantity and quality data sets in the MED region” and contains the groundwater level time series in the InTheMED study countries,<br> Greece, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, Italy, and also France.</p>
InTheMED WP6 Data Archive – Tympaki, Greece: Simulation Results
<p>This data archive includes the files “InTheMED_WP6_DS_ SimulatedGWLevelTimeSeriesGreece.mat” and “InTheMED_WP6_GDS_ MapsGreece.gdb” which contain the datasets that represent the results of the simulation runs of the Tympaki numerical groundwater model. More specifically, the timeseries of the groundwater level at the observation wells and the shapefiles that are necessary for the mapping of groundwater level and pumping rates at the optimization time-step.</p>

The original titles of the photos have not been changed so that the TROPY program can recognize them and the database file can be used.
