Transmission electron micrographs of AMPAR containing vesicles

Here we present transmission electron micrographs of AMPAR containing vesicles. AMPAR containing vesicles were purified from whole mouse brain via immunoisolation, applied to a copper electron microscopy grid, and stained with uranyl acetate. Vesicles were imaged at a range of magnifications from 4,000 to 15,000. Included in these data are immunoelectron micrographs where we probed for synaptobrevin-2, synaptophysin-1, GluA2, and GluA3.
