Murphy Dome: Covariates measured on the sampling units of moss (Hylocomium splendens) from a moss transplant and leaf litter manipulation experiment in three pairs of adjacent black spruce and birchs stands. This data is associated to the file MD_MossBiomass_2013-2015.xlsx

This data contains sampling unit level variables associated with the moss measurements from MD_MossBiomass_2013-2015.txt. It include the percent cover of leaf litter through time, fungus cover in 2015, moisture in 2015, and percent openness of the tree canopy measured in July 2014.

Synoptic Sampling Program GIS data.

Coweeta LTER researchers sampled fifty-eight stream sites in the Upper Little Tennessee River Basin in February and June of 2009. Sites were selected to represent the range of land cover and land use within the basin. Samples were taken over three days of stable weather and discharge during periods of baseflow. They were used to characterize conditions across the basin during the growing and the non-growing seasons without the influence of elevated discharge. The GIS data presented was used to both help in selecting the 58 sites. The GIS files are split between raster and vector files. The files are in .zip archives. There are text files with information about each GIS in the .zip files.

Princeton Handbook for Reproducible Neuroimaging: Sample Data

<p>This archive contains a raw DICOM dataset acquired (with informed consent) using the <a href="https://github.com/ReproNim/reproin">ReproIn</a> naming convention on a Siemens Skyra 3T MRI scanner. The dataset includes a T1-weighted anatomical image, four functional runs with the &ldquo;prettymouth&rdquo; spoken story stimulus, and one functional run with a block design emotional faces task, as well as auxiliary scans (e.g., scout, soundcheck). The &ldquo;prettymouth&rdquo; story stimulus created by&nbsp;<a href="https://doi.org/10.1177%2F0956797616682029">Yeshurun et al., 2017</a> and is available as part of the <a href="https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds002345">Narratives</a> collection,&nbsp;and the emotional faces task is similar to <a href="https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nicl.2015.05.004">Chai et al., 2015</a>. These data are intended for use with the <a href="https://brainhack-princeton.github.io/handbook/">Princeton Handbook for Reproducible Neuroimaging</a>. The handbook provides guidelines for BIDS conversion and execution of BIDS apps (e.g., fMRIPrep, MRIQC). The brain data are contributed by author S.A.N. and are authorized for non-anonymized distribution.</p>
