Support statistics from maximum-parsimony (MP) and maximum-likelihood (ML) bootstrap analyses are indicated at each resolved node along with Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP). White wedges indicate MP and ML bootstrap frequencies ≤ 50%, gray indicates bootstrap frequencies between 50% and 75%, and black indicates bootstrap frequencies ≥ 75%.
