A comprehensive dataset of magnetic resonance enterography images with bowel segment annotations

<p>Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a recurrent bowel disease that usually requires magnetic resonance enterography (MRE) for diagnosis and monitoring. However, recognition of bowel segments from MRE images by a radiologist is challenging and time-consuming. Deep learning-based medical image segmentation has shown the potential to reduce manual effort and provide automated tools to assist in disease management; however, it requires a large-scale fine<span>-</span>annotated dataset for training. To address this gap, we collected MRE data, including HASTE(half-Fourier acquisition single-shot turbo spin-echo) sequences with coronal orientation, from 114 patients&nbsp;with IBD. The bowel images per patient were contoured and annotated into ten segments (stomach, duodenum, small intestine, appendix, cecum, ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum), with fine pixel-level annotations labeled by experienced radiologists. Furthermore, we <span>validated</span> the efficiency of several state-of-the-art segmentation methods&nbsp;using this dataset. This study established a high-quality, publicly available whole-bowel segment MR dataset with benchmark results and laid the groundwork for AI research&nbsp;on IBD.</p>

Simulated and Experimental Magnetic Resonance Data of Fentanyl HCl

<p><span>This data consists of simulations and experimental measurements of solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (SSNMR) spectroscopy, fast-field cycling (FFC) NMR spectroscopy, and nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) spectroscopy of fentanyl HCl. 14N and 35Cl SSNMR data are included as the topspin binary format. 1H FFC NMR data are included as the sdf format. 14N NQR data of both NQR spectra are included as the tnt format. Simulated 14N and 35Cl SSNMR data from QUEST are included in an exported topspin binary format. Simulated 14N SSNMR data from SIMPSON is included in the SIMPSON fid format. Simulated Zeeman-perturbed NQR from SPINACH is included as a csv. In all cases post-processed data are also included in the form of csv files for easy viewing by readers. Each csv typically has the first column as a vector of frequencies and the second column as the processed NMR data.</span></p>

Resonance at the front of lightning impulse voltage waveforms caused by the load capacitor

<p>On the front of impulse voltage waveform, the voltage usually increases up to thousands of kV within one microsecond, and the frequency range covers up to several megahertz. The capacitor &nbsp;in the high voltage arm is usually from 400 &zwj;pF to 1000&zwj; pF. We calculated the impedance of different capacitors in damped capacitive divider at the frequency range from 100&zwj; kHz to 1000&zwj; kHz.
