FIGURE 4. A maximum likelihood tree of Hyperlasion breviantenna sp. n. and related genera and species. The evolutionary history of nucleotide substitution was inferred using a total of 543 positions by the Maximum Likelihood method and General Time Reversible model (Nei & Kumar 2000). The tree with the highest log likelihood (-3508.41) is shown. The branch lengths correspond to the number of substitutions per site. The percentage of trees in which the associated taxa clustered together is shown next to the branches. The tree was rooted with Diadocidia ferruginea (Meigen, 1830) (Diadocididae) as an outgroup of sciarids. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA X (Kumar et al. 2018).
