Description of three widespread new Peronospora species parasitising Caryophyllales
<p><span>The phylogenetic relationships based on a concatenated alignment </span><span>from </span><span>two nuclear loci (</span><span>ITS, <em>HSP90</em>) and four mitochondrial loci (<em>COX</em>2, cox2-1 spacer, <em>COX</em>1, <em>NAD1</em>, and <em>RPS10</em>)</span><span> revealed no supported conflicting topologies with the trees based on individual genes. The concatenated alignment</span><span> </span><span>contained</span><span> </span><span>a total of 86 specimens</span><span>, each with all loci amplified and included, resulting in an overall alignment length of 4378 sites.</span></p>
