Stream Discharge and water temperature were collected with a Solinst Model 3001 LT Levelogger at Carpinteria Creek, 8th St Foot Bridge in the Santa Barbara coastal area (site ID: CP00). Data are reported hourly. Stage values were converted to discharge using a rating curve developed with stream channel cross-sections, roughness estimates and the HEC-RAS model.

Silanediol-Bay-Bridge Rigidified Axially Chiral Perylene Bisimide

<p>Additional data to report <a title="DOI URL" href="https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.joc.4c02175">https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.joc.4c02175: </a></p> <p><span>Chiral organic molecules with a complementing &pi;-structure are highly desired to obtain materials with good semiconducting properties and pronounced chirality effects in the visible region. Herein, we introduce a novel design strategy to achieve an axially chiral and rigid perylene bisimide (PBI) dye by attaching the chirality-inducing 2,2&prime;-biphenoxy moiety at one side of the bay area and the rigidity-inducing di-</span><em>tert</em><span>-butylsilanediol bridge on the other side. This yielded a new bay-functionalized PBI derivative carrying the combination of a highly rigid and, simultaneously, an axially chiral perylene core. As a result, the derivative exhibits well-resolved absorption and emission spectra in the visible region, with a fluorescence quantum yield close to unity. Furthermore, the&nbsp;</span><em>M</em><span>- and&nbsp;</span><em>P</em><span>-enantiomers were found to be stable with a racemization barrier of 102 kJ mol</span><sup>&ndash;1</sup><span>&nbsp;and, hence, could be successfully separated by chiral chromatography and studied by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. This rigidified chiral-PBI could also be crystallized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction, showing the highest torsion angle of the perylene core with a value of up to 30.3&deg; in the family of PBIs carrying the same di-</span><em>tert</em><span>-butylsilanediol bridge.</span></p>

A data set from an extensive experimental benchmark study of the Hell Bridge Test Arena subject to imposed damage

<p>A data set from an extensive experimental benchmark study of the Hell Bridge Test Arena (HBTA), a full-scale steel bridge subject to imposed damage, has been established. The data set includes organized dynamic response and load measurement data of the bridge under different structural state conditions, where the structural state conditions range from an undamaged (reference) state to known damage states. Furthermore, the data set includes acceleration and strain data from the response monitoring and acceleration data from the load monitoring, where a modal vibration shaker is used as an excitation source. The data is collected in one h5-file (hierarchical data format version 5) with a sampling rate of 100 Hz. Signal processing and resampling of the data has been performed according to the description provided in the references below. The data set is now published in this open-access data repository and can be accessed and downloaded freely. As such, the data set provides an important benchmark to the scientific community within bridge damage detection and SHM.</p>

Cellulose test MD dataset for analysis with Galaxy and BRIDGE

<p>This coordinate and trajectory dataset is that of&nbsp;cellulase and&nbsp;octaose&nbsp;substrate&nbsp;in water. It&nbsp;has been derived from the <a href="https://www.rcsb.org/structure/7cel">7CEL PDB</a> structure of a fungal cellobiohydrolase.&nbsp;</p> <p>The original enzyme has been modified to revert the mutation at position&nbsp;217 and to include disulfide bonds. The octaose substrate&nbsp;is an oligosaccharide consisting&nbsp;of 8 beta 1-4 linked glucose monomers.&nbsp;&nbsp;The enzyme and substrate have been placed in a cubic TIP3P water box containing 0.15 M ions (NaCl).</p> <p>The files includes are:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>cbh1test.pdb</strong>: the coordinates of the entire system (water, protein and substrate) in PDB format.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>cbh1test.dcd</strong>: a short MD trajectory (16 frames) in CHARMM DCD format.</li> </ul>
