Procede posiblemente de una necrópolis de Coto Fortuna (Mazarrón, Murcia). Realizada en mármol gris, contiene un espacio rehundido enmarcado por doble moldura con la siguiente inscripción: L(ucius) RVBELLIVS/PHILOSTRATVS/ HIC.SITVS.EST/ L(ucius) RVBELLIVS/PHILODAMUS/ FILIVS.DE.SVO.F(aciendum).CV(rauit).
