FIG 1 in Partial redescriptions of three holothurians with "hook papillae" (Apodida Chiridotidae): Taeniogyrus japonicus (Marenzeller, 1882), T. dendyi (Mortensen 1925), Scoliorhapis theelii (Heding, 1928)

FIG 1. The phylogenetic tree showing the position of the Scoliodota japonica (Marenzeller, 1882) specimens of this study in Apodida. The tree was inferred from the concatenated sequences of COI, Histone H3, and 18S-rDNA. Numbers written on each node denote the bootstrap supports of the Maximum Likelihood (ML) and Neighbor Joining (NJ) inferences, with the third codon of the COI gene excluded and/or included in the analyses (a/b/c/d = ML with the 3rd codon of COI included/ML without the 3rd codon of COI/NJ with the 3rd codon of COI included/NJ with the 3rd codon of COI excluded). Completely supported nodes (100/100/100/100) was denoted by a black square placed on the node instead of numbers. Bootstrap supports below 40% are denoted by "--". The Sado form specimens 181003b8 and 180808, are WMNH-INV-2020-27 and WMNH-INV-2020-28, respectively.
