<p>The online repository for the paper: Exploring Architectural Design Decisions in Mailing Lists and their Traceability to Issue Trackers, published in ECSA 2024.</p> <p>The online repo has the following folders:</p> <p>1) Classifier: it contains the source code of the classifier and quantitative analysis. Furthermore, there are sufficient details on the classifier performance, and how to replicate the results.</p> <p>2) Dataset: it contains the datasets we used to perform our analysis. This involves dataset before and after BERT classification, as well as exported json files used for training and analysis. The dataset in a zip file. This is a MySQL database in a zip file. It can be opened separately or opened using the search tool.</p> <p>3) Qualitative analysis: it contains coding book of design decisions in mailing lists as well as coding book of methods to discuss ADDs between emails and issues, as well as precision charts for the applied similarity algorithms.</p> <p>4) Searching tool: it contains the jar file and source code of the searching tool. The tool used to annotate and search for emails. It can be used to open the dataset from the zip directly. The tool is a jar file which can be run directly through a double click. The tool is tested on Windows and Linux. The folder also contains keywords to search for architectural emails, as well as documentation.</p>

UNVEILING SOCIETAL REALITIES: A CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF GLOC-9'S 'UPUAN ' SONG ADDRESSING SOCIAL ISSUES
<p>This research embarks on a thorough examination of realism theory as portrayed in Gloc9's song "Upuan." Employing a qualitative and quantitative design with a descriptive method, the study engaged ten (10) respondents to delve into the song's intricate layers. Utilizing interviews and focus group discussions as primary analytical tools, the research uncovered a robust political narrative embedded within "Upuan," delineated by three prominent sub-themes: Greed for Power, Poverty, and Corruption. Through its lyrics, the song elucidates the imperative of keen observation of those in positions of authority to discern the true state of society, while concurrently advocating for leaders to uphold their responsibility to the populace. Furthermore, the analysis underscores the profound impact of music, particularly exemplified by "Upuan," in shedding light on pressing social issues, thus serving as a potent vehicle for social commentary and awareness. As a recommendation stemming from the study's findings, the researchers advocate for the incorporation of Realism Theory into educational curricula, positing it as a pivotal means to augment students' comprehension of societal dynamics. Moreover, the research underscores the transformative potential of music, urging society to recognize its capacity to foster social consciousness and catalyze positive change. In essence, the study serves as both a scholarly exploration and a poignant reminder of music's enduring role in shaping societal discourse and fostering collective awareness.</p> <p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>

Correlation between genetic divergence (p and Tamura-Nei distances) based on the small fragment available for Heliangelus zusii (fragment) with divergence in complete sequences (ND2 gene) across 315 hummingbird taxa (McGuire et al. 2014 dataset). Genetic distances were calculated in MEGA6 (Tamura et al. 2013) and all positions with missing data were not considered when calculating pairwise genetic distances. The plot is cropped at 10% p-distance, thus providing a better view of the data spread in the area of low divergence relevant to the H. zusii issue. The correlation between the small fragment available for H. zusii and all the ND2 data is strong, and it is especially tight near the origin: 0% divergence in that small fragment essentially means no (or up to approximately 1%) divergence in the rest of the sequence. This suggests that our observation of identical sequences in H. zusii and A. kingii is not an artifact resulting from the small amount of available sequence data.
