Visualization of the Multidimensional Volumetric Data-base by Video - Mapping Technology in field of Operational Oceanography (Algerian basin) (zooplankton expressed as carbon in sea water - mass concentration of chllorophyl a in sea water,Wekeo Data ) During 2022 year : (educational support resource in space oceanography)

The multidimensional view of the Earth and its immediate environment that is provided by space borne sensors, operating at many wavelengths and directed at many different phenomena, has revolutionized man's understanding of his planet and the surrounding space environment.(John H. McElroy.,1985),

Earth observation satellites measuring in the visible and infrared spectral domain provide a global perspective for many required to determine the role of the ocean in the global climate system, as well as the effects on the ocean of a changing climate (James A. Yoder and all.,2014).

Data visualization by video graphics technology is a digital modeling technique also a description or analogy used to help visualize something that cannot be observed directly which exploits the bases of scientific knowledge in a data processing system by the use of mathematical and statistical tools and analysis and forecasting methods to visualize what is hidden behind the data. This work is inspired by the general principle of numerical modeling and data processing, which takes into consideration (the observation of natural phenomena, and the statistical processing of scientific data, which are at the base of the functioning of natural variation)

Bibliographic reference:
-Monitoring Earth's Ocean, Land, and Atmosphere from Space-Sensors, Systems, and Applications, edited by Abraham Schnapf, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, 1985
-Optical Radiometry for Ocean Climate Measurements, Elsevier Science & Technology, 2014

Digitized, corrected and supplemented data on net zooplankton of the Far East seas and adjacent Pacific Ocean waters from five rare reference books published in Russian in limited editions

Data on plankton collected by the Juday net in 1984-2013 in the Far Eastern seas and the north-western Pacific containing the species composition, occurrence and abundance of zooplankton in the surveyed area. The data is aggregated by species, developmental stages, size fractions, regions, vertical layers of water, light and dark time of day, four seasons of the year and perennial periods. It is accompanied shape-files with polygons of the regions by which data is summarized with information about surface areas and water volumes in each of them. The scope of application of this data is fundamental to the management of marine resources, aquaculture development, nature conservation, and assessment of the damage of various anthropogenic factors on nature.

Zooplankton from Parnabíba River (Northeast Brazil), with physicall-chemical variables

Figure 2 in Spatial and temporal distribution of zooplankton in Lake Trichonis (Greece)
Figure 2. Seasonal variation of the total zooplankton abundance (ind L21) and percentage contribution of the main zooplanktonic groups to the total abundance.
Transcriptome profiling reveals that feeding live zooplankton to larval Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) influences suites of genes involved in oxidation-reduction, mitosis, and selenium homeostasis.
GEO Series GSE68792. Gadus morhua. 24 samples. Type: Expression profiling by array.
Analysis of an optical imaging system prototype for autonomously monitoring zooplankton in an aquaculture facility

This upload consists of a zip file containing all the images used in the zooplankton training library. Individual folders of each zooplankton class contain all the images in the training library for that respective class. Each image is labeled with its actual classification. The labeled images provide a reproducible source to test and retest various classification algorithms and image decomposition approaches.

Calculated abundances for krill, salp and species of zooplankton. Data collected aboard cruises off the coast of the Western Antarctic Penninsula, 1993 - 2004.

ZooScan77: ZooScan zooplankton image dataset for Migratory Crossroads ML/DL model training and evaluation

ZooScan77

This dataset contains a collection of ca. 1,000,000 images of 77 zooplankton, micronekton and detritus categories captured by ZooScan imager. The dataset is not public and must only be used within the scope of Migratory Crossroads project only.
