Тяжелые акушерские осложнения и материнская заболеваемость все еще не преодолены в мировом масштабе и <span> </span>определяют риск тяжелых исходов беременности, коими на сегодняшний день являются <span> </span>near miss (NM) и материнская <span> </span>смертность (МС) [3,4, 13, 33]. Глобальный коэффициент МС </span><span>к</span><span> 20</span><span>20</span><span> году снизился на 38% в сравнении с 2000 годом (в среднем на 2,9% ежегодно), однако все еще сохраняется его <span> </span>высокий уровень – 211 на 100 000 ж.р.<span> </span><span> </span>Несмотря на грандиозные успехи в планетарном масштабе в развитии социальной сферы, медицины и фармацевтической отрасли, МС на планете не искоренена и ежегодно уносит до 300 000 <span> </span>женских <span> </span>жизней (14, 40).
