Results of survey to potential users of repositories of European Poetry on the informational needs

<p>This excel file presents the results of a survey to potential final users of digital repertoires of the European Poetry in order to understand their information needs. This file also presents results of the analysis to the survey: answers to the specific needs of the results - in black if the domain model responds to the needs; green if a new element to the domain is added due to the result.</p> <p>This survey was done in the context of the definition of a domain model for the european poetry. A domain model (or data model) is a milestone in the process of development of a metadata application profile.</p> <p>Together with this survey, other efforts were taken in place:</p> <p>1) Analysis of the structure of databases that serve digital repertoires of European Poetry</p> <p>2) Analysis of the information needs of graphical user interphaces of the digital repertoires of European Poetry</p> <p>The map https://goo.gl/O0mqhI presents the repertoires used and the phases of the analysis.</p> <p>This work is framed in a Starting Grant research project Poetry Standardization and Linked Open Data: POSTDATA (ERC-2015-STG-679528), funded by European Research Council (ERC).</p>

Q3. To what extent that information from the Internet should be censored?-Computer-Mediated Security Threats into the Web 2.0 Society

<p>Following this distribution, we can observe that a large part of the subjects (44,7%) consider that the information from the internet should be moderately censored (against various risks and social dangerous). Beside them, 26.6% evaluate that this process should be wider, and 28.7% think it should be lower. These two almost equal groups consolidate the central trend, and reflect a quite important worry concerning this perspective. The Internet has begun as an almost totally free of control medium, a quasi-anarchic structure, a symbol for the freedom of expression for any users. In time, it has become more and more accessible, and a large amount of information has become available inside the Info-sphere. Now, due to some negative consequences, it looks like starting to censure some information is not a prohibitive idea anymore, but rather a desirable one. We want to stress on the fact that the sample was formed by regular users that are not experts in security issues and thus, the recognizing of the importance of having a moderate censuring onto the Internet is a very significant conclusion. With an indirect connection to the previous item, the next question has directly approached a special topic related to the user&rsquo;s knowledge about the dark web and/or deep web. These represent a quite particularly topic among the Internet users, and represent an area where the IP tracking is difficult or not-possible. Into this kind of sites and applications any user can remain anonymous, no matter what he/she does, posts or accesses.</p>

<p>Also, according to Facebrands statistics of 15 October 2015, the Facebook penetration rate in the population is 39.76% and in the total number of Romanian Internet users is 82.97%. The statistics infirm the preconceived ideas of skeptics that the websites of socialization have no relevance for tourism organizations because the contained information in these websites is unstructured, inconsistent in terms of content and irrelevant for tourism, or newer, the ideas of those who believe that the majority of Facebook users are young and very young (under 18). From Figure 4 we can see that the segment of major users (over 18 years) totals 88.3% of the total number of Facebook users and these users may have at any time the quality of tourists.</p>

<p>According to research results (Figure 2), almost 68% of the entities with tourist information and promotion role own a proper site for the presentation of the work, while 18.35%, most probably do not realize in pragmatic terms the usefulness of such promotional tools. The situation can be cataloged as quite worrying, especially if we consider that today, due to the fulminant development of smartphones, more and more tourists choose to seek information on the Internet, even during their trip to a new destination (Wang el. al. 2012).</p>

The fact that 99% of the tourist organizations present on Facebook already have a website that promotes their own work confirms the previous statement</p>

Thus, we can deduce that the level of Student&#39;s Performance is influenced by other factors over &quot;Expertise with technology&quot; of teacher. These factors can be searched inside the cluster, providing useful information to a significant exploration. These aspects are not deducible only by exploration through the portal and, for this reason, the clustering technique allows to user to navigate better during the search.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the following figure (see Figure 5) it has represented a scheme of the new approach proposed to Rich Data Set&#39;s Exploration.</p> <p>Other experiments are running in order to validate our idea, both in order to optimize this clustering model by applying new algorithms and distance measures to the datasets presented here, and both applying these techniques to a different domain from the didactic one. Other experiments are also conducted to improve user exploration by skillfully combining multiple methods and exploration techniques through the application of a variety of models such as the Association Rule to extract hidden relationships and association rules between data and Artificial Neural Network mechanisms of learning applicable to classification and forecasting problems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
