Data for "Impact of Charge Conversion on NV-Center Relaxometry"

Here, data sets as plotted in the preprint "Impact of Charge Conversion on NV-Center Relaxometry" (v2) are uploaded.

The zip file "Data_v2" contains a folder for each figure in the preprint (named after the figure).

Each folder contains the data for all graphs in each figure (e.g. (a) and (b) of figure 3) in separate csv files and, if necessary, a text document file "README", in which additional information can be found. If a fit function is plotted in a graph, the folder contains another separate csv file in which the fit data and fit function are contained.

Out-of-equilibrium charge redistribution data in a copper-oxide based superconductor by time-resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy

This dataset was measured using a momentum microscope by time-resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) on the prototypical high-temperature superconductor: optimally doped BSCCO at FEL FLASH, DESY in Hamburg. With time-resolved XPS, unique access to the dynamics of individual atoms in the unit cell is granted by means of chemical shifts of the core levels. Though the induced changes are small, with a rigorous fitting procedure, it is possible to extract significant changes observed mainly at the oxygen atoms in the copper oxide planes, while other oxygen atoms as well as strontium remain largely unaffected. Although it was acquired not in the superconducting phase, the observed dynamics point to a significant coupling of energy scales involving charge-transfer processes and optical excitations. Such findings can thus provide another puzzle piece for a better understanding of high-temperature superconductivity.

Simulation results for study on pulsed electron lenses for space charge mitigation

Simulation results for beam loss in the FAIR SIS100 synchrotron for a comprehensive study on pulsed electron lenses for space charge mitigation. The affiliated manuscript "Pulsed electron lenses for space charge mitigation" describing the study parameters is published on arxiv.org (https://arxiv.org/abs/2310.02365) and submitted for journal publication.

For the "ffsc" files, each file contains the tabulated beam survival rate of 1000 simulated particles for a given bare tune. A file typically gathers results from scanning the betatron tune quadrant 18.5 <= Qx,y <= 19.0 in tune steps of 0.01.

Explanation of file names:

- "ffsc": using the fixed frozen Gaussian field map model for space charge (as established in https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevAccelBeams.25.054402 );

- "nel": number of pulsed electron lenses placed symmetrically in the straight sections of the SIS100 ring;

- "alpha": linear compensation degree, alpha=1.0 corresponds to a total electron lens tune implied tune shift equal to the linear rms-equivalent KV space charge tune shift;

- "N": intensity in percent units of the FAIR design intensity for Uranium-28+ beams, i.e. N=100 corresponds to the FAIR design intensity;

- "2D" or "3D": the 3D results correspond to the full simulation model with (nonlinear) synchrotron motion, the 2D results assume a fixed longitudinal phase-space distribution and only simulate the transverse dynamics (thus, periodic resonance crossing is suppressed by construction).

Dataset for Dual Fraunhofer interference and charge fluctuations in long quantum phase slip wires, Phys. Rev. B 102, 144509 (2020)

Dataset for manuscript 'Dual Fraunhofer interference and charge fluctuations in long quantum phase slip wires', Phys. Rev. B 102, 144509 (2020). Dataset contains data from numerical simulations presented in the manuscript and generating scripts. The data describes the quantum phase slip rate and its suppression due to charge and width disorder in superconducting nanowires in the phase slip regime. This disorder leads to temporal fluctuations which affects the current-voltage characteristics of nanowires.

The data for: LCR in fungi display functional groups and are depleted in positively charged amino-acids

Abstract

The dataset consists of a TAB formatted table (Main_Dataset.tsv), that integrates information about protein domains (pfam_scan, GO terms), low complexity regions (SEG), signal peptides (SignalP), and transmembrane elements (TMHMM) for each of the analysed proteins within 183 fungal proteomes. The Main Dataset has been designed to ease further searches with Linux bash commands, for e.g. sorting and subsetting by the aforementioned traits. This resource can be used by users interested in detailed annotation of particular protein families, sets of organisms, low complexity regions, types of proteins (for instance transmembrane proteins).
