Dataset 3: The plant response to high CO2 levels is heritable and orchestrated by DNA methylation
<p>This is a supporting dataset from the manuscript “The plant response to high CO<sub>2</sub> levels is heritable and orchestrated by DNA methylation” by Panda et al. This dataset was used to study trans-generational growth responses to environments with contrasting CO<sub>2</sub> levels.</p> <p>Raspberry Pi computers and cameras were used to image <em>Arabidopsis thaliana</em> wild-type (Columbia) and mutant (<em>ago1-27</em>, <em>cmt2-7/cmt3-11t</em>, <em>ddm1-2</em>, <em>met1</em>, <em>pol IV</em>, <em>suvh4/suvh5/suvh6</em>, and <em>ubp1b</em>) plants growing under ambient (450-500 ppm) and high (1000 ppm) CO<sub>2</sub> conditions. Imaging was done hourly from overhead beginning on the 8th day after sowing and continued until the 25th day after sowing.</p> <p>Dataset 3 contains images of the plants grown in the third round of the experiment under ambient and high CO<sub>2</sub> conditions. Plants were the progeny of plants from the first and second rounds.</p>
Alpha-frequency feedback to early visual cortex orchestrates coherent naturalistic vision (Rawdata)
<p>During naturalistic vision, the brain generates coherent percepts by integrating sensory inputs scattered across the visual field. Here, we asked whether this integration process is mediated by rhythmic cortical feedback. In EEG and fMRI experiments, we experimentally manipulated integrative processing by changing the spatiotemporal coherence of naturalistic videos presented across visual hemifields. Our EEG data revealed that information about incoherent videos is coded in feedforward-related gamma activity while information about coherent videos is coded in feedback-related alpha activity, indicating that integration is indeed mediated by rhythmic activity. Our fMRI data identified scene-selective cortex and hMT as likely sources of this feedback. Analytically combining our EEG and fMRI data further revealed that feedback-related representations in the alpha band shape the earliest stages of visual processing in cortex. Together, our findings indicate that the construction of coherent visual experiences relies on cortical feedback rhythms that fully traverse the visual hierarchy.</p>

<p>This dataset contains the raw collected traces, preprocessed versions of the traces, and summary figures for the data associated with our manuscript <em>Let's Trace It: Fine-Grained Serverless Benchmarking using Synchronous and Asynchronous Orchestrated Applications.</em></p> <p>It contains over 7.5 million (7 564 830) traces of the ten applications integrated with ServiBench. The measurements were conducted on AWS Lambda in the us-east-1 region in late 2021 and early 2022.
