The tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths measured in the number of substitutions per site. There were a total of 662 positions in the final dataset. Ptychoptera hugoi, BOLD SYSTEMS reference FIFLY093-12, is included for comparison. Notes: 1 One individual of P. minuta variety did not cluster with the main group of this species. 2 Main group of P. minuta. 3 Seven individuals fell into this P. lacustris cluster. 4 Two individuals fell into this aberrant P. lacustris cluster.
