AlphaFold Dataset
<p>A set of 2031 X-ray structures solved by molecular replacement with AlphaFold 2 models from AlphaFold DB. The models were trimmed to remove low confidence regions but were not split into separate domains. Structures were chosen if they superposed on the deposited structure with some similarity, but not too much (so that some rebuilding can be done for methods development).
