Climate (thermal anomalies) and dengue incidence in Brazil aggregated by microregions (MRG)

Climate (thermal anomalies) and dengue incidence in Brazil aggregated by microregions (MRG). The frequency of temperature anomalies wee calculated between 2007 and 2020. Dengue disease notification frequency were aggregated by MRG and divided by population to create incidence rates between 2007 and 2020.

The a-crystallin chaperones undergo a quasi-ordered co-aggregation process in response to saturating client interactions

This data set included micrographs used for FIJI based morphology analysis of aA-crystallin and aB-crystallin co-aggregates with lysozyme and insulin, and aL-crystallin with lysozyme. Reaction ratios of chaperone:client include 1:0 (apo-state), 4:1, 2:1, and 1:1 for each isoform. Also, included is a spreadsheet containing various data from the paper (turbidity, dynamic light scattering, negative stain EM measurements).

Fig. 1. Colonial ISoxYa manangona n. sp. from Andasibe, Madagascar. (a) A part of a colony with 79 spiders in 41 webs (image shows 23 webs). (b) A detail from another colony where females are in their individual webs (image shows 14 of the 16 webs in the colony) while males hang on line in between webs (image shows 12 males). (c) A detail of another colony showing male leks. These males showed no overt intrasexual aggression that would be typical of solitary spiders.
