Sagrada Família front facade

The Basílica de la Sagrada Família is a large unfinished Roman Catholic minor basilica in the Eixample district of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Designed by the Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí (1852–1926), his work on the building is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On 7 November 2010, Pope Benedict XVI consecrated the church and proclaimed it a minor basilica. On 19 March 1882, construction of the Sagrada Família began under architect Francisco de Paula del Villar. In 1883, when Villar resigned, Gaudí took over as chief architect, transforming the project with his architectural and engineering style, combining Gothic and curvilinear Art Nouveau forms. Gaudí devoted the remainder of his life to the project, and he is buried in the crypt. At the time of his death in 1926, less than a quarter of the project was complete. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sagrada_Fam%C3%ADlia Experimental, reconstructed from various Full-HD drone footage only Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab

St. Peter's Basilica - Golden Holy Door (Front)

"The Holy Door or 'Porta Sancta' is only open during a Holy Year (Jubilee), which occur every 25 years (the last one in 2000). On the first day of a holy year, the Pope strikes the brick wall with a silver hammer and opens it to the pilgrims. The message imparted by the Holy Door is that God's mercy reaches out to mankind's frailty. From inside the basilica, you'll notice that the door is walled up." Board front from Nespawershefyt's coffin set

Rough scan of the boardfront from the wooden anthropoid coffin set of Nespawershefyt . This set comprises of a mummy board, inner coffin and outer coffin complete with lids and boxes. The mummy board, which once had a wooden rim support fixed to the underside of the head, would have been placed over the mummy, before being interred in the smaller inner coffin, which nested inside the larger outer one. The coffin set is attributed to Thebes and on stylistic grounds dates to the Third Intermediate Period (Dynasty 21). It is richly and densely decorated inside and out in just a few bold colours with various religious scenes, including magical spells from the Book of the Dead and the owner making offerings before different gods and goddesses. The texts describe the types of offerings Nespawershefyt will receive in the afterlife, his titles, spells to assist the deceased in his successful passage to the netherworld and invocations to the gods.
