There was no difference between Maximum likelihood (RaxML) and Bayesian inference (Mr. Bayes) topologies so trees were combined and posterior probabilities and bootstrap values are shown at each node. Bootstrap values ḵ 70 and posterior probabilities ḵ 95 are considered supported.
