In the phreatic water of the Scrivia stream, Fissuria globosa n. sp. is frequent, while Alzoniella isoensis n. sp. is the rarest one; in the I Buxi spring a plentiful population of A. isoensis n. sp. live, while in the phreatic table of the Agnellasca stream Alzoniella borberensis n. sp., Fissuria globosa n. sp. and Fissuria varicosa n. sp. are present.
