Asynchronous Lagragian Scenario Decompostion: SMIP Instances
<p>This repository contains stochastic mixed-integer programming (SMIP) instances for developing/testing/benchmarking solution algorithms. The SMIP instances are in <a href="https://epubs.siam.org/doi/10.1137/1.9780898718799.ch2?mobileUi=0">SMPS format</a> with fixed column width and 'EXPLICIT' period declaration.
