<p>The datasets consist of air quality, meteorological, and traffic data from January to June 2019 and from January to June 2022. The following are the features of the datasets: Nitrogen dioxide, Wind speed, Wind direction (in degrees), Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Solar irradiance, Intensity, Occupancy time, Load, Average traffic speed, Wind direction (after converting to categorical data (north, northeast, east, southeast, south, southwest, west, northwest) and passing through One Hot Encoder). Contiene los metros cuadrados, su precio, la planta en la que se encuentra, el número de baños y habitaciones con las que cuenta, si dispone o no de calefacción, aire acondicionado y/o ascensor y el enlace al anuncio original de Fotocasa. Además del título de cada anuncio donde podemos encontrar información adicional sobre el inmueble como su tipo o su localización.</strong></p>

<p> Dataset resultante de la limpieza, curación y combinación de los datos del INE y el Ayuntamiento de Madrid del 2016 hasta el 2019. </p> <p> Incluye información sobre la renta media por persona, el nivel de formación educativa de los residentes mayores de 25 años y el número de centros educativos en cada uno de los 21 distritos del Ayuntamiento de Madrid durante los años 2016-2019. El nivel de formación tiene 6 niveles:</p> <ul><li>No sabe leer ni escribir</li><li>Bachiller elemental</li><li>Formación profesional</li><li>Titulados medios</li><li>Estudios universitarios</li><li>Nivel de estudios no consta.</li></ul><p>Los centros educativos se clasifican también en 6 niveles:</p><ul><li>Escuelas infantiles municipales</li><li>Escuelas infantiles públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid</li><li>Escuelas infantiles privadas</li><li>Colegios públicos infantil/primaria</li><li>Institutos públicos de educación secundaria</li><li>Colegios privados infantil/primaria.</li></ul><p>Los datos de renta fueron proporcionados por el INE, mientras que los datos sobre la formación y los centros educativos fueron solicitados al portal de datos abiertos del Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Experimental data on discrimination against Chinese-origin renters in Madrid
<p>This dataset contains the data of a correspondence testing experiment of rental housing discrimination against Chinese-origin candidates in Madrid (Spain), performed in the January-April 2021 period. 1600 landlords were contacted from two fictitious Whatsapp accounts simulating to be either a Caucasian, native rental candidate, or a Chinese-origin rental candidate. An experimental treatment of cultural proximity (so-called second generation) was also inserted into the correspondence testing. Information about the dataset is provided in the metadata file. The latest version also includes information about the share of Chinese people and COVID-19 cases per district in Madrid.</p>

The original facade of the 'Museo de la Radio' bar in Madrid's Rastro neighbourhood was decorated in 2009by the street art artist E1000, who also decorated the inner walls and the toilets. Other artists painted other details afterwards. Nowaday, in 2019, the building was bought by a vulture fund and the murals are in danger of destruction and the neighbours in danger of eviction.
