Phylogenetic tree where our specimen clusters with individuals of the genus Thinophilus where the other 3 genera, Scellus, Hydrophorus and Thambemyia show definite distinction from our specimen. Despite the clustering of our specimen with that of the genus Thinophilus, their distinction within the group is also evident. Numbers next to each branch of the tree indicate the percentage of replicate trees where associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap.
