Tellus Level-4 Antarctica Mass Anomaly Time Series from JPL GRACE/GRACE-FO Mascon CRI Filtered Release 06.3 version 04

This dataset is a time series of mass variability averaged over all of Antarctica. It provides the ice mass changes of Antarctica over time. The mass variability are derived from JPL GRACE Mascon Ocean, Ice, and Hydrology Equivalent Water Height CRI Filtered RL063Mv04 dataset, which can be found at https://doi.org/10.5067/TEMSC-3JC634. Integrated Multi-Mission Ocean Altimeter Data for Climate Research complete time series Version 5.2

The Integrated Multi-Mission Ocean Altimeter Sea Surface Height (SSH) Version 5.2 dataset provides level 2 along track sea surface height anomalies (SSHA) from the TOPEX/Poseidon, Jason-1, OSTM/Jason-2, Jason-3, and Sentinel-6A missions geo-referenced to a mean reference orbit. It is produced by NASA Sea Surface Height (NASA-SSH) project investigators at Goddard Space Flight Center and Jet Propulsion Laboratory with support from NASA’s Physical Oceanography program, and was developed originally as an Earth System Data Record (ESDR) under the Making Earth System Data Records for Use in Research Environments (MEaSUREs) program, which supported forward processing and incremental refinements through version 5.1 (released in April 2022).<br>Geophysical Data Records (GDRs) from each altimetry mission were interpolated to a common reference orbit with biases and cross-calibrations applied so that the derived SSHA are consistent between satellites to form a single homogeneous climate data record. The entire multi-mission data record covers the period from September 1992 to present; it is extended to include new observations approximately once each quarter. The previous release (version 5.1) integrated Jason-3 data and applied revised internal tides and pole tide across missions (GDR_F standard). The current release (version 5.2) includes the following revisions: a) GSFC std2006_cs21 orbit for all missions, b) GOT5.1 ocean tide model, c) TOPEX/Poseidon GDR_F data, d) Sentinel-6 LR version F08 data, e) Jason-3 re-calibrated radiometer wet troposphere correction. MASTER: Western Diversity Time Series Campaign, WDTS, Spring 2024

This dataset includes Level 1B (L1B) data products from the MODIS/ASTER Airborne Simulator (MASTER) instrument. The spectral data were collected as part of the Western Diversity Time Series (WDTS, formerly HyspIRI) airborne campaign during four flights aboard a NASA ER-2 aircraft over California and Nevada, U.S., from 2024-06-04 to 2024-06-28. The WDTS campaign will observe California's ecosystems and provide critical information on natural disasters such as volcanoes, wildfires, and drought. MASTER products can identify vegetation type and health and provide a benchmark for the state of the ecosystems against which future changes can be assessed. Data products include L1B georeferenced multispectral imagery of calibrated radiance in 50 bands covering wavelengths of 0.460 to 12.879 micrometers at approximately 50-meter spatial resolution. Derived L2 data products are emissivity in five bands in thermal infrared range (8.58 to 12.13 micrometers) and land surface temperature. The L1B file format is HDF-4, and L2 products are provided in ENVI and KMZ formats. In addition, the dataset includes the flight path, spectral band information, instrument configuration, ancillary notes, and summary information for each flight, and browse images derived from each L1B data file.

Ocean Biogeochemistry from Gliders as part of the Gulf of Maine North Atlantic Time Series

This dataset contains ocean biogeochemistry data from two Slocum gliders along the Gulf of Maine North Atlantic Time Series (GNATS) transect. The transect runs approximately east-west, with only a very minor change in latitude. The gliders are deployed on the western end of the transect, travel along the transect line to the eastern end, turn around and travel back along the transect to the western end, before being recovered. Each file contains data from one deployment (a glider “mission”), and thus contains both an eastbound and a westbound measurement of each variable. A full mission takes approximately 20 – 30 days. The data are gridded by longitude (0.01° intervals) and depth (1 m intervals). For more details on dataset preparation, see the Original Publication Citation and Data Processing Workflow below.

This data set contains monthly climate time series data created by the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia, U.K., for every year covering the period 1986 to 1995. This time series is a subset of a larger CRU monthly data set that covers the period of 1901 to 1996. The data comprise a suite of six climate elements: precipitation, mean temperature, diurnal temperature range, wet-day frequency, vapor pressure, and cloud cover. Whole seedlings of wild type (4d) and atm mutants (4d) have been analyzed after a gamma ray irradiation of 0.75h 1.5h 3h & 5h (time course). Roots of wt (4d) atm (3d) and atr (4d) mutants have been analyzed after a 1h irradiation. Ataxia Telangiectasia Mutated (ATM) encodes a large protein with a phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)-like domain at the C terminus (reviewed by Rotman and Shiloh 1998). PI3K-related proteins make up a large family of Ser-Thr protein kinases numerous members of which are involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression responses to DNA damage and the maintenance of genomic stability (Hoekstra 1997). AtATM plays an essential role in meiosis and in the somatic response to DNA damage in plants similar to the function of ATM in mammals and other eukaryotes. Ataxia telangiectasia-mutated and Rad3-related (ATR) plays a central role in cell-cycle regulation transmitting DNA damage signals to downstream effectors of cell-cycle progression.
