In this three-dimensional representation we can see the entrance of the mausoleum located at the 110.500 km of the Appian way. It is a monumental tomb with a quadrangular plan covered with limestone blocks, dating back to the first century BC. - I century AD. and erroneously attributed to Emperor Galba, originally from Terracina. In reality, it is believed that it is the sepulcher of Sesto Giulio Frontino '' .. some gargoyles were found, or both lead and bronze pipes for aqueducts, in one read SEX IUL FRONTIUS ''. **Romeinse portretkop** Klassieke oudheid Romeinse portretkop van een man van fijnkorrelig transparant wit marmer met bruingele patina. Aan het stuk ontbreken vele details, vooral in het haar, aan wenkbrauwen, neus, bovenlip en kin. De kop is afgebroken midden in de hals. Zeer kort geschoren haar is schematisch met dunne kerflijntjes weergegeven. Dit geldt ook voor de baard en de snor. In het voorhoofd liggen lijnen, die echter niet plastisch zijn uitgewerkt, maar veeleer ingegraveerd.
